LOUD

LOUD are rolling heading into the 2023 VCT Americas League. The team played well in the recent LOCK//IN Sao Paulo event, where they were a +800 to win. On their way to the final, LOUD scored wins over highly-touted teams NRG and DRX, but they could not down Fnatic in the final. However, LOUD gave the European club a run for their money, losing 3-2 in the LOCK//IN final.

Before the Sao Paulo event, LOUD, who play out of Brazil, placed first in the Valorant Champions 2022 tournament, beating OpTic Gaming 3-1 in the final.

The Brazilian squad will have the same players in this tournament who worked together at the LOCK//IN tournament.

Leviatan

A Latin American team, Leviatan enter the 2023 VCT Americas League coming off an impressive performance in Sao Paulo. Leviatan entered that event as +2000 underdogs, but wins over ZETA DIVISION and Team Vitality got them to the quarterfinal round, where they ran into the pre-event favorites, Natus Vincere. Leviatan’s run ended there, losing 2-0. The team’s 5th-8th finish was higher than expected before the LOCK//IN event began.

Before the Sao Paulo tournament, Leviatan finished in 7th-8th at the Valorant Champions 2022 event and in 5th-6th place at the Copenhagen Stage 2 Masters.

Leviatan has not added any new players since the LOCK//IN event.

Like LOUD and Leviatan, NRG Esports has not added any new players since the Sao Paulo event.

Best bet to win the 2023 VCT Americas League

There’s not a great deal of value in betting LOUD to win the 2023 Valorant Champions Tour Americas League, but outside of that, there’s no reason to think the team won’t walk away from the tournament as the winners. The Brazilian team is playing well as a unit, and they are going to be hard to beat in a field of this size. The best bet to win the 2023 VCT Americas League is LOUD.

Pick: LOUD to win the 2023 VCT Americas League.
