MLB Betting Odds – Dodgers at Giants, Beckett vs Lincecum

The first of a three game series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants features Josh Beckett and Tim Lincecum taking the mountain this Tuesday night at 10:15 PM ET at the AT&T Park.

Tim_LincecumGiants’ pitcher Tim Lincecum is 0-1 this season with a 9.90 ERA in two starts; he will have to have special attention over Adrian Gonzalez who has 11 his 14 RBIs in the last four games and has gone 7 for 13 in the past three; he’s hot.

“Man, he’s smoking the ball,” Dodgers Matt Kemp said. “He’s probably the best hitter in the league right now.”

Dodgers’ pitcher Josh Beckett has one start this season that ended in a 7-6 loss against the Detroit Tigers despite the veteran left the field without a decision. He had a 9.00 ERA after allowing five hits and five runs in four innings on his season debut.

“It was just rust,” Beckett said after game. “After the first inning it was just a baseball game. I felt good in that fourth inning.”

Josh Beckett and the Los Angeles Dodgers are listed -107 in the MLB money line to win this Tuesday, while Tim Lincecum and the San Francisco Giants are -103.  The runs total was set at 8 for this matchup.

LA Dodgers are 3-7 SU in their last 10 games when playing on the road against San Francisco, and the total has gone UNDER in 4 of LA Dodgers’s last 5 games when playing on the road against San Francisco.
