The only two teams with winning records in the entire AFC will clash this Sunday at 1 PM ET as the Baltimore Ravens take on the Houston Texans, at Reliant Stadium.
The Ravens beat the Cowboys last week, but lost two key players (Ray Lewis and Lardarius Webb) for the season, and most people are saying their chances of winning the Super Bowl are basically gone.
“There have been many, many times where we’ve won because our defense has carried a heavy, heavy burden over the years,” John Harbaugh said. “For our offense to carry some of that burden … is a great thing”.
Houston got destroyed by the Green Bay Packers last week, and some experts think they are not ready to be contenders.
“The end result is we’re not running the ball very good at all,” coach Gary Kubiak said. “It’s not going to change how we believe and what we think we have to do to win, we’ve just got to look really hard at it and hopefully change it this week”.
The Ravens are +7 point underdogs in Houston, and Baltimore is 1-4 ATS in its last 5 games.
Arian Foster and the Texans running game is a terrible matchup for the Ravens defense as they have allowed 200+ yards in two consecutive weeks.
