Weather reports right now have South Carolina getting chilly (by the South’s standards, at least). If so, the course will play long — and that’s to Burns’ advantage. Distance off the tee is a specialty of Burns and that could pay dividends at Congaree. Burns is an outsider pick that could make some noise this weekend. At his +2500, he’s worth a shot.
