The critical question: can the new GP26 machinery rebuild Bagnaia’s trust in the Ducati? His future with the factory team hinges on 2026 performance. Ducati and Bagnaia must rebuild their “trust” in one another, with the team likely to assess his performance before deciding whether to renew his contract.
