Latest Nascar Manufacturer’s Championship Winner Betting

Kyle Larson may be the red hot pick to win the Nascar Cup Series, but in the race to be the Manufacturer’s Championship Winner, the competition and odds is a lot closer.

With just four regular-season races to go until the Round of 16 kicks off, three manufacturers are still running close in Nascar betting.

Here we take a look at all three of the manufacturers, starting with Chevrolet.

Chevrolet

Not surprisingly, Kyle Larson’s manufacturer, Chevrolet is the favorites with top sportsbooks. They are +100 to win the title.

As well as Larson, Chevrolet also has Chase Elliott in with a shout of being the winning driver. Meaning they have two of the top drivers both at Hendrick Motorsports in the running for them.

Hendrick Motorsports have the top team, both in terms of drivers and pit crew. A driving quartet of Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott, William Byron, and Alex Bowman are the envy of any team owner. They are probably the main reason behind Chevrolet taking on the favorites tag.

As well as having the Hendrick team driving Chevrolets, there is also Kurt Busch driving in the Chip Ganassi Racing team.

Busch may be out at +3000 in the driver’s championship betting, but he may still have a huge part to play in the final outcome.

Toyota

Moving onto the second manufacturer in the betting, and Toyota is +220 to win the title.

The strongest team representing the manufacturer is Joe Gibbs Racing. Former Washington Redskins coach, Joe Gibbs owns and operates the team, and he has assembled a top-quality team of drivers.

Included in the Gibbs setup are Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr, Christopher Bell, and the other Busch brother, Kyle.

Denny Hamlin has been the standout driver for Joe Gibbs and Toyota this season. Hamlin is the leading points scorer in Nascar and is the second favorite in the driver’s championship betting behind Kyle Larson.

Ford

The final manufacturer of the three in the betting is Ford. At +260, they are not too far behind Toyota, and they are still in with a chance.

The main teams driving Fords are Team Penske and Stewart-Hass Racing.

Of the Team Penske drivers, Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano are both +1000 to be Nascar Series Cup winners with Bodog.

The third Penske driver, Ryan Blaney is more of an outsider at +1800.

Driving for Stewart-Hass Racing are Kevin Harvick, Aric Almirola, Chase Briscoe, and Cole Custer.

Of that quartet, Kevin Harvick is the most fancied to upset the odds.

He hasn’t won a cup series race this season, but he does have a projected finish of 15th, which would see him into the Round of 16. Harvick is +1600 to win be Nascar Cup Series winner this season.

Aric Almirola at +5000 to be the champion driver is the most recent winner on the circuit.

Almirola won the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) earlier this month.

What remains of the 2021 Nascar season?

Four races are remaining in the regular Nascar Cup Series season. They all take place in August, starting with 90 laps of the Watkins Glen International on August 8th, in the Go Bowling At The Glen.

After that, we are off to Indianapolis for the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard race on August 15th. That is followed by the FireKeepers Casino 400 from Michigan on August 22nd, before we head to Daytona Beach for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 on August 28th.

Once those four races are complete, we see the first of the play-offs, starting with the Round of 16 Races.

In total there are three races in the Round of 16, all held in September. After that, there is three Round of 12 races, with one at the end of September, and two at the beginning of October.

A further three Round of 8 races will then take place across October, before we have the season finale – the Nascar Cup Series Championship race.

This race takes place at the Phoenix Raceway in Arizona on November 7th. Here there will be a monumental 312 laps of the 1-mile course, to decide who the champions driver is.
