The best game of the NBA Monday lineup will take place at the United Center as the Chicago Bulls host the Indiana Pacers in an Eastern Conference battle, at 8 PM ET.
These two teams met on Friday with a 91-79 victory by the Pacers.Β Indiana has lost two of their last three outing, with the win coming against the Bulls and the two losses against the Knicks and the Grizzlies.
In the loss at Memphis 82-71, they had no answer for Mike Conley, who recorded 21 points or Zach Randolph, who added 18 points and 13 rebounds in the night. However, their biggest problem came when they had the ball in their hands.
“We couldn’t score at all,” said Pacers center Roy Hibbert, who didnβt even record one rebound. “That’s the basic thing. I think we had a lot of contested 2s. Guys were trying, and they were playing hard, but for some reason, something was a little off.”
After the loss at Indiana, the Bulls bounced with a 91-81 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, but a win against the Sixers canβt be considered something to brag about.
βIt’s tough,” D.J Augustin said. “(The 76ers) come out and they have nothing to lose. Basically, they just come out shooting whenever they feel and some of those shots go in. It’s hard for anybody to play against a team that’s losing, but they’re still a good team at the same time.”
The Bulls are 1.5 point favorites entering this matchup. Keep in mind Indiana is 6-13 ATS in its last 19 games when playing on the road against Chicago.
