NBA Eastern Conference Finals – Heat at Pacers Game 6

The Miami Heat are just one win away from getting to their third NBA finals in a row, but they need to take down the Indiana Pacers one last time, this Saturday at 8:30 PM ET at Game 6 of the Eastern conference finals.

Game 5 was all you expected, the Pacers dominating the first half and then Lebron James catching fire to win it.

“That’s what I came here for, to be able to compete for a championship each and every year,” James said. “I’m one step away from doing it once again. It’s not promised. It’s not promised at all. I made a tough decision. Obviously, I think we all know the story. I envisioned something that was bigger as far as a team … and we’ve got an opportunity as a team, once again, for the third year straight to make a trip to the NBA Finals.”

Paul George and Roy Hibbert had big games, but the rest of the crew was not on the same page.

“I don’t really know,” Pacers coach Frank Vogel said about Lebron James. “He was pretty special tonight. There’s no question about it. This whole team is special. It’s one of the best teams that this league’s ever seen and we’re enjoying competing against them. We know we can beat them, but we’ve got to play better than we did tonight.”

The Miami Heat is being outscored this series by 3.5 points per 48 minutes with their Big 3 of LeBron, even so they are one game away from the finals.

The Heat is 2 point favorites to win game six in Indiana.
