Smash the OVER
Houston Texans OVER 4 Wins (-120). Last year, the Texans became the first team in NFL history to overachieve and still only win four games. There’s no doubt they will be terrible again in 2022. However, the franchise is no longer encircled by the Deshaun Watson drama, head coach Lovie Smith is an upgrade on David Culley, they play in the NFL South with the Jaguars, and Houston picks twice in the top 13 this month.

New York Giants OVER 7 Wins (-115). Speaking of coaching upgrades, Daniel Jones will have former Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll calling plays instead of “the clapper” Jason Garrett. Sure, Jones needs to show major improvement after never winning more than five games in his three NFL seasons, but according to Warren Sharp’s Strength of Schedule metrics, the G-Men will enjoy one of the easiest slates in the league after enduring the second-toughest schedule in 2021. Big Blue also has two top seven draft picks on April 28.
Take the UNDER
New Orleans Saints UNDER 8 wins (-115). Fans in the Big Easy haven’t seen their club finish under .500 since 2016, but with both Sean Payton and Drew Brees out the door, it’s fair to wonder what’s left of their winning DNA?
The Saints obviously still fashion themselves contenders, trading a boatload of futures to the Eagles for another first-round pick this April. However, with Jameis Winston under center and Dennis Allen (8-28 career record as a head coach) roaming the sidelines, things could get ugly. The only caution flag with this bet is New Orleans gets to play four games versus the Panthers and Falcons.
Jameis Winston was averaging 8.2 yards per pass attempt with 14 touchdowns to just three interceptions last season
But coming off an ACL tear, should they take a QB this year?

Arizona Cardinals UNDER 9 wins (+100). The Cardinals picked up 11 victories in 2022, but lost five of their last six games, including an embarrassing 31-11 NFC Wild Card game defeat to the Rams. With franchise quarterback Kyler Murray disgruntled, DeAndre Hopkins past his prime and holes all over the roster, Arizona is bound to decline in a NFC West division with the Super Bowl champion Rams and 49ers.

Washington Commanders UNDER 8 wins (-125). Ron Rivera’s club will face the easiest schedule in the entire NFL next season, yet it’s impossible to have faith in a Carson Wentz-led team after Frank Reich and the Colts ran in the another direction.
Pittsburgh Steelers OVER 7.5 wins (-125). Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season in his 15-year coaching career. While Mitch Trubisky inspires no confidence under center, could he really be worse than Ben Roethlisberger was last year?
#Colts owner Jim Irsay calls the Carson Wentz era a mistake he couldn’t wait to fix: “For us, the fit just wasn't right. I don't know why. A lot of times you don't know why, but you know it isn't. It was important for us to move in a different direction.” https://t.co/G0ugSx0ujV
