So much for spending quality time with your loved ones this holiday season. Christmas Eve is jam packed with 11 NFL games, including a colossal NFC East battle between the Eagles and Cowboys.
Philadelphia only has one-loss all season after defeating the Bears on Sunday for their fifth-straight victory. Can Dallas avenge a 26-17 defeat to their division rivals in Week 6? Before we check the odds on this matchup, here’s where you can find the best Super Bowl betting tips and the top betting sites for NFL football in 2022.

Jalen Hurts vs Micah Parsons
Jalen Hurts threw multiple interceptions for the first time all season on Sunday. However, the MVP frontrunner balanced it out with three rushing scores in a 25-20 win over the Bears. With 13 rushing TDs already this year, Hurts is only one back of Cam Newton’s record.
Standing in his way on Saturday will be Micah Parsons. The Defensive Player of the Year hopeful stirred up controversy last week by questioning Hurts’ MVP credentials. “If we look at the Eagles, is it Hurts or the team?,” he asked. Parsons and the Cowboys might find out the hard way if their defense resembles the unit that gave up 40 points to the Jaguars in Week 15.

Cowboys springing leaks
One week after barely beating the one-win Houston Texans, the Cowboys blew a 27-10 lead to the Jaguars. Dak Prescott has now been intercepted in four consecutives games and Dallas’ one-formidable defense has sprung a leak.
Mike McCarthy’s club lost 26-17 at Philadelphia in October. Prescott missed that game with a broken thumb. But with nine picks in his past six games, the 29-year-old’s recent play hasn’t inspired confidence. He’ll be in tough against an Eagles defense that has a a league-high 55 sacks this season after hauling down Justin Fields six times on Sunday.
Dallas vs Philadelphia
Dallas is a 1.5-point home favorite over Philadelphia on Christmas Eve and the over-under is set at 51. It’s a high total considering the Eagles and Cowboys’ defenses are sixth and seventh, respectively, in keeping points off the board. Jonathan Gannon’s D allows the fewest passing yards per game (172.4). And Dan Quinn’s unit ranks second (191.6) despite allowing Trevor Lawrence to throw for 318 yards and four TDs on Sunday.
Both team’s offenses are also in the upper echelon of the NFL. Philly ranks second in points scored per game (29.4) and Mike McCarthy’s team ranks third (28.1).

Best Bet
Neither Philadelphia or Dallas looked anywhere near their best in Week 15. Which means we can expect herculean efforts from the hated rivals on Saturday. The Cowboys might be the hungrier team, but it’s hard to trust Dak Prescott right now. Jalen Hurts and the Eagles will keep rolling on Christmas Eve.
Final Score Prediction: Eagles 27, Cowboys 21
