NFC North Odds – Bears vs Vikings

Both Bears and Vikings need desperately a win in order to get back things in the right place; Chicago and Minnesota meet on Sunday at 1 PM at Mall of America Field.

NFC North Odds – Bears vs VikingsThe Bears beat the Vikings a few weeks ago, but didnโ€™t leave a good impression; and at some point Minnesota had the opportunity to get back in the game.

Chicago will have a tremendous challenge of stopping Adrian Peterson, who had 210 yards and one touchdown against the Packers last week and has 1446 yards in the year; all of that has to be without captain linebacker Brian Urlacher.

“It seems like he’s getting better and better as the year goes along,” Bears coach Lovie Smith told the team’s official website about Peterson. “… It’s going to still start with him.”

Urlacher might out of the season and some people think it could also be the end of his career with a knee injury. “I do not think that’s going to happen,” he told a local Chicago TV station. “But, if it does, I have had a really good and long career so I would be sad, but I would not be crushed.”

The Vikings are a solid team on defense and have a tremendous running game, but the quarterback position is the one who is holding them back.

“We believe that Christian is our No. 1,” Frazier said. “That being said, if things get to a point where your No. 1 is really costing you some situations that could preclude winning, you do have to do what’s best for the football team.”

The Bears are 3 point favorites over Minnesota despite being on the road.
