Sunday’s clash between Tampa Bay and New Orleans pits a 43-year-old Tom Brady, the league’s all-time leader in passing touchdowns, against a 42-year-old Drew Brees, who ranks first in NFL history in passing yards. But while the Saints’ signal caller is limping to the finish of his 20th NFL season, TB12 is enjoying the best five-game stretch of his career, passing for 1,714 yards with 14 touchdowns and one interception.

TOM BRADY VS DREW BREES
Can Tom Brady continue his recent hot streak against a Saints defense that embarrassed him in Week 9 (38-3 loss) and has been lights out over the past two months? New Orleans outscored Tampa Bay by 46 points in their two divisional games this year and should be the more desperate team considering this is Brees’ and Sean Payton’s last chance to win that painfully-illusive second Super Bowl championship.
Expect Brady’s season to end how it started – with a loss to a hungry Saints team playing in the Divisional Round for the third time in the past four years. Pick: New Orleans -3.0 (BetOnline)

A classic matchup between offense and defense, Green Bay finished first in the NFL with 31.8 points per game while Los Angeles placed first in the league with 18.5 points allowed per contest.
Aaron Rodgers, who is widely expected to win his third NFL MVP after accounting for 51 total touchdowns, will be lining up against Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who could be in line for his third NFL Defensive Player of the Year in four seasons. The league’s best cornerback Jalen Ramsey will also be matched up on Davante Adams, who hauled in a league-leading 18 TD receptions.
Coming off a first-round bye after winning six straight games to enter the postseason, the Packers are 6.5-point favorites but given their paper-soft regular-season slate, we expect them to lose outright to the Rams. After losing his lunch money to former mentor Kyle Shanahan in last year’s playoffs, Matt LaFleur will be outschemed his old boss Sean McVay in a stunner. YOUNG GUNS IN AFC
As we pointed out in our weekly Super Bowl odds update, the AFC Divisional Round features the three jewels of the 2018 quarterback class, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield. On Sunday, Baker will renew acquaintances with Patrick Mahomes. Back in college, the two combined for an FBS-record 1,708 yards of offense with Texas Tech’s Mahomes passing for 734 yards and five touchdowns in a 66-59 loss to the Sooners and Mayfield, who went for 545 yards and seven passing scores.
While Cleveland’s ground game will be relied to do more in this one, the game script likely won’t allow Nick Chubb and former-Chief Kareem Hunt to takeover in the manner they did against the Steelers. Kansas City has developed a nasty habit of playing down to their opponents, but they should light it up against a Browns defense that has allowed the 8th-most passing yardage touchdowns in the NFL. Always trust Andy Reid coming off a bye. Pick: Kansas City -10.0 (Bovada)

In a showdown of two of the hottest teams in the league, Baltimore will take their six-game winning streak into Ralph Wilson Stadium on Saturday night to face a Bills squad that has won its last seven contests. After holding the Titans to just 76 yards and three points over the final 45 minutes of Sunday’s 20-13 victory, Ravens defensive coordinator “Wink” Martindale now must devise a way to stop Josh Allen, who racked up 46 total touchdowns and nearly 5,000 total yards this season.
Owners of a leaky run defense all season, Buffalo will be similarly challenged to slowdown Lamar Jackson on the ground after the 2019 NFL MVP ran for 136 yards, including a spectacular 48-yard TD scamper, against the Titans. However, Sean McDermott’s team should get the stops it needs to outscore Baltimore and move on to face the Chiefs in the AFC Championship. Pick: Buffalo -1.0 (BetOnline)
