The Arizona Cardinals and the Indianapolis looks to keep their good paces going in week 12 when they meet each other at the U of Phoenix Stadium, this Sunday at 4:05 PM ET.
The Cards have won three in a row, but their coach, Bruce Arians will be emotional for this one; he led the Colts to the postseason last year when Chuck Pagano was ill.
“The prep will be easy,” Arians told the Cardinals’ official website. “It’s seeing them that will be emotionally involved because it was such an emotional year last year. You’ll get through that hopefully in warmups.
“I was hoping this would never be on the schedule. Because there are too many emotional ties to what happened last year.”
The Colts beat the Titans last week in Nashville, and have had over a week to prepare for the Cardinals; they will face the second best rushing defense in the NFL.
“I think our guys are excited to play the Cardinals. It’s going to be a tough one. He’s got a really good football team, solid in all three phases and well-coached. It will be a great challenge for our team”, coach Chuck Pagano said.
The Cardinals are 1-4 SU in its last 5 games when playing the Colts, and the total has gone UNDER in 5 of Arizona’s last 5 games when playing Indianapolis.
The NFL odds for this game have the home team as 2.5 point favorites, and the game total is at 45.
