NFL Week 11 Odds: Game Lines, Picks and Predictions

Often it seems like the NFL schedules bad primetime games on purpose just to see how far we football fans are willing to debase ourselves, but Week 11 is a notable exception with three heavyweight matchups on tap.

After examining the latest lines for this week’s slate, we’ll pick winners between the Cardinals/Seahawks (TNF), Chiefs/Raiders (SNF) and Rams/Buccanneers (MNF) before offering our best Sunday bets.

TOP WEEK 11 MATCHUPS

Fresh off a”Hail Murray” win against Buffalo, the Cardinals travel to Seattle to face a team they defeated in overtime (37-34) just four weeks ago. The Seahawks have struggled in rematches since 2018, going just 2-6 in the second game of the season against the same opponent. However, Russell Wilson has an 8-0 career-record coming off back-to-back losses. Seattle (-3.0)  

In his 22 years as an NFL head coach, Andy Reid has an 18-3 regular-season record following a bye week. This will also be the third-straight year the Chiefs will face the Raiders coming off a week of rest. There’s also talk that Kansas City might be extra motivated after Jon Gruden’s club took a victory lap around Arrowhead Stadium following their 40-32 victory in Week 6. Chiefs (-6.5)

Which Buccaneers offense will show up against the Rams No. 2-overall ranked defense on Monday night? The team the Saints embarrassed 38-3 in Week 9 or the squad that piled up 544 yards in a 46-23 throttling of the Panthers on Sunday? As mentioned in our weekly Super Bowl odds update, Los Angeles has limited opposing wideouts to under 123 yards per game. Key when facing Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Antonio Brown. Rams (+3.5)

BEST BETS OF THE WEEK

Bill Belichick devised the perfect run-first gameplan to defeat the Ravens on Sunday night and he might be able to roll it out again against the Texans’ league-worst run defense. Deshaun Watson should fair better at home than he did in the windy weather in Cleveland last week (163 yards, TD in a 10-7 loss), but it’s hard to take a 2-7 team against any iteration of the Patriots. New England (-2.5) 

Last week, we advised you to take a hot Miami team against the Chargers and we see no reason to jump off this gravy train. The Broncos have been beaten rather decisively in three of their past four and John Elway’s latest failure at the QB position, Drew Lock, is coming off a four-interception performance. It’s hard to believe but the Dolphins are about to get their fourth-straight win. Miami (-3.5)

While the 6-3 Browns only have one quality win on their resume (Colts), they have taken care of business against bad teams with Ws over Cincinnati (two), Washington, Dallas and Houston. The 3-5-1 Eagles definitely fit the description of a bad team after going 0-9 on third-down conversions in a 27-17 loss to the Giants in Week 10.

However, if you were burned by Nick Chubb last week, perhaps consider buying a point so a field-goal victory cashes your bet. Cleveland (-3.5)
