An AFC South divisional matchup takes the stage on Thursday Night when the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans meet at LP Field, at 8:25 PM ET in the opening game of the NFLโs week 11.
Both teams had terrible performances in week 10; the Titans lost to the then winless Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Colts were smashed by the St. Louis Rams at Indianapolis.
The Titans lost starting QB Jake Locker for the season with Lisfranc injury on his right foot; Ryan Fitzpatrick is in charge now.
“We’re just concentrating on these seven weeks,” coach Mike Munchak said. “That’s all we’re concerned about. Next year is next year (with Locker). Right now we just got to go forward and try to win a game.”
The Colts have been outplayed 49-3 in the first halves of the last two weeks. “Certainly we’re not going to bury our head in the sand on this past ball game,” Colts coach Chuck Pagano said. “We’ll address the issues like we always address them. We know there are things that need to be fixed and we’ll go to work on fixing those things.”
Indianapolis is 2-5 ATS in its last 7 games when playing on the road against Tennessee, but 7-3 straight up in the last 10 games of the series at LP Field.
The betting odds have the Colts as 3 point favorites for Thursday Night, and the game total was set at 42 points for this AFC South clash.
