Week 5 Betting Preview – Eagles vs Steelers

Michael Vick and the Eagles seem to be rolling, but they face one of the toughest games of the season as they visit Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers; Sunday at 4 PM ET.

Week 5 Betting Preview – Eagles vs SteelersThe Eagles beat the Giants last week, but they had kind of luck at the end if the match; despite that they are 3-1 and lead the NFC East.

“I’d like to keep winning. I’d like to keep winning by more than one or two points. I’d like that, but I like winning,” coach Andy Reid said Monday. “I honestly don’t feel like we’ve come close to playing our best football yet”.

“I just played smarter,” said Michael Vick. “The thing is in this game you can’t force opportunities against the defense, you have to let it come.

“I’ll be honest, missing the preseason did affect me to a certain extent, but now I’m getting into my groove and seeing the field a little better. The guys around me are helping me, and that’s important”, Vick added.

The Steelers need a victory after dropping their last game in Oakland last week. If Pittsburgh doesn’t get a win, things could get ugly as the Ravens and the Bengals are tie at the top of the division with a 3-1 record.

“There’s no panic in here,” quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said. “It’s still a marathon, but we need to get a win”.

The lines have the Steelers as -3 favorites, but Pittsburgh is 2-4 ATS in its last 6 games when playing Philadelphia.
