Sunday should help sort out the pecking order in the AFC with the Super Bowl favorites in Kansas City hosting the Bills, and the 3-1 Cleveland Browns heading to SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles to face Justin Herbert and the 3-1 Chargers.
Over in the NFC, Kyler Murray and his undefeated Cardinals will play host to their NFC West rivals in San Francisco as No. 2 overall pick Trey Lance takes the reins from oft-injured Jimmy Garoppolo after back-to-back Niners losses.
Let’s look at the Week 5 money lines, totals and point spreads. But before we do, here’s where you can find tips and advice on betting on NFL football games, as well as Super Bowl and NFL MVP futures.

Bills (+2.5) over Chiefs
We can expect fireworks in Arrowhead on Sunday night when two of the three highest-scoring teams in the NFL meet up in an AFC Championship Game rematch. Just as the Chiefs poured resources into their offensive line in the offseason, Buffalo added to their defense via the draft and the early returns have been promising.
Sean McDermott’s club has given up the fewest points per game (11) in the league, already notching two shutouts in the first month of the season, while Kansas City’s D has permitted the second-most points and yards in the NFL. After outscoring their last three opponents by a combined score of 118-21, it’s hard to bet against the Bills.
Josh Allen is the 4th player in NFL history to record multiple career games with at least 300 Pass Yds, 4 Pass TD, and one Rush TD.

Chargers (-1.0) over Browns
Completing just 53.1% of his passes over the past two weeks, Baker Mayfield was downright stinky in a 14-7 victory over Minnesota on Sunday. Luckily, his Browns should be able to let Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt loose against the Chargers’ bottom-five run defense.
After tossing seven touchdowns in wins over the Chiefs and Raiders the past two weeks, Justin Herbert will have his work cut out for him against a Cleveland defense that ranks second in the NFL. This matchup between 2020 Coach of the Year Kevin Stefanski and 2021 COY frontrunner Brandon Staley is a tough one to call, but we give Los Angeles the edge since the Browns’ three wins have come against Houston, Chicago and Cleveland.
49ers (+5.5) over Cardinals
In one corner, you have NFL MVP frontrunner Kyler Murray and the undefeated Cardinals. In the other, raw rookie Trey Lance and a Niners team that’s six-games under .500 in Kyle Shanahan’s four-plus years in the Bay Area.
While it hardly seems like a fair fight, Arizona has lost its past two home game against San Francisco, who will be coming into the game desperate and hungry after consecutive losses to the Packers and Seahawks. The Niners will lose, but keep it close.

Tasty teaser of the week
Teasers are one of my favorite weekly plays. To explain how they work – you basically get to move the line six points in your direction. This week, our five-leg teaser includes the Vikings (teased from -7.5 points down to -1.5), Buccaneers (-4.5), Patriots (-3.0), Cowboys (-1.0) and Raiders (+0.5), paying out on BetOnline at +400 of whatever investment you’re comfortable with. Good luck!
