Los Angeles Kings

The Kings snapped a five-match losing skid with a 2-1 overtime win over the Blues on Saturday.
They immediately backed that up with a 6-5 win over the Golden Knights on Sunday. LA was made to work for the win. They were 6-3 up with less than nine minutes left in the third period and ended up hanging on for the win.
The Kings then made it three wins from three with a 4-1 win over the Islanders on Tuesday. Vladislav Gavrikov, Phillip Danault, Quinton Byfield, and Drew Doughty got the goals.
Byfield’s goal means he has now scored in his last four matches.
The Kings are +600 to win the Pacific Division. Runaway leaders the Golden Knights are the -200 favorites to win the regular season title.
Los Angeles is +1200 to win the Western Conference and +2200 to win the Stanley Cup.
Following their match against Washington, the Kings will remain in LA to face the Predators on Saturday.
Washington Capitals
The Capitals are 7-3-2 in their last ten matches.
Living up to their reputation as one of the most entertaining teams in the NHL, the Capitals have scored an average of 4.2 goals per game and conceded 2.9 goals across the ten matches.
After a bit of an inconsistent run in recent weeks, the Capitals are now back in top form and are on a winning streak of five.
