He has been especially successful in the halfpipe competition the last couple of years following his bronze medal performance in 2018 at Pyeongchang. Third Contender: Alex Ferreira (USA) (Odds: +450)

The silver medalist from the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, Ferreira is a familiar favorite in the freestyling world. He has had a decorated Winter X Games career with gold medal wins in the SuperPipe in 2020 and 2019 and also victories on the Dew Tour (SuperPipe) in 2017, 2018, and most recently, 2021. As far as the FIS World Cup is concerned, Ferreira is the most decorated on this list with gold medal victories in the halfpipe on three different occasions (twice in 2017 and once in 2021). If all goes well, he will certainly be in medal contention at the end of the competition.
