U.S. Politics Props: Dr. Oz, Herschel Walker and Trump

  • Dr. Mehmet Oz (-185) is the heavy favorite to secure the Republican nomination for the Pennsylvania senate
  • Herschel Walker (-275) is expected to win the Georgia Senate race thanks to an endorsement from Donald Trump
  • The former U.S. President is +140 to have his Twitter account restored after the social media platform was acquired by billionaire Elon Musk

With the U.S. Supreme Court poised to overturn abortion rights, there is no almost doubt that America is a backsliding democracy. Need more evidence? How about taking a look at who’s running for the U.S. Senate? None other than retired NFL running back Herschel Walker and daytime television’s Dr. Oz.

After looking at U.S. Presidential Betting Futures for celebrities such as The Rock,  Tucker Carlson and Oprah, today we turn our attention to Politics Props on the Senate level and examine whether Donald Trump might get his Twitter account back. Before we check the odds, here’s where you can find the top betting sites for Politics in 2022.

Dr. Oz has Donald Trump’s support

Mehmet Oz is -185 to become the Republican candidate for a Senate seat in the state of Pennsylvania. The celebrity doctor was booed mercilessly by a MAGA crowd at a Friday rally despite Donald Trump’s endorsement. While the former President’s support has helped springboard author J.D. Vance to the top of the polls in Ohio, Dr. Oz will need to gain serious traction with Don’s basket of deplorables to secure the nomination.

His primary opponent in the race is David McCormick (+205). The former Under Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for International Affairs has reportedly outspent Dr. Oz by $6 million last month and is running xenophobic attacks against the TV charlatan’s Turkish heritage. In a battle of two horrible human beings, we like McCormick to win the Republican seat.

Elon Musk makes ‘Yes’ a good bet

Speaking of Trump, will the 75-year-old get his Twitter account back? The social media platform permanently suspended the former host of The Apprentice in January 2021 following the attack on the U.S. Capitol. However, with Elon Musk promising to restore free speech after buying Twitter for $44 billion, Trump could return to firing off delusional, unhinged Tweets at 3am in no time.

“No, I won’t be going back on Twitter,” Trump said recently. But with his Truth Social project almost assuredly destined for failure, there is no way he will be able to resist rejoining Twitter as he mounts another bid for the President of the United States. Bet ‘Yes” at +140.

Herschel Walker to win Georgia Senate Race

Will Walker win the Senate seat?

Herschel Walker is expected to run away with the Georgia Republican nomination in the May 24th primary, but can he really defeat Democratic incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock in November? The former Heisman winner has skipped all five debates with his fellow Republican Senate candidates, choosing instead to rely on his celebrity and, yes, that highly-desirable Trump endorsement that gets MAGA morons all hot and horny.

With a past that includes “domestic violence, stalking women and threatened shootouts with police,” Walker has more in common with fellow running back O.J. Simpson than he does with most politicians. Bet ‘No” to Walker winning the Georgia Senate Race at +185.
