This contest is essentially just a pick ‘em game. You know, pick the winning team — straight up, not spreads — in every single game for all 18 weeks of the NFL season. Every pick you get right is worth a single point. Whoever has the most points accumulated by the end of the season becomes the King of the Hill, oh, and $20,000 richer.
Obviously, finishing in first will be no easy task. But there’s plenty more money to be made off of this BetNow contest. For instance, players that finish from second to 30th in the overall standings at year’s end will share $30,000 in cash prizes. There’s also the $10,000 weekly prize. This sum can be won strictly by going perfect in a given week (plus guessing the tiebreaker right too). The $10,000 prize is available all 18 weeks of the season.
If you want in on King of the Hill and all the money that comes with it, you must sign up for the contest by September 8. Only one contest entry is allowed per account. Speaking of which, the account has to be “active.” Active in BetNow’s book means accounts that bet at least two times a week during the entire NFL regular season. Re-read the last sentence closely because BetNow will NOT credit pick ‘em points from inactive accounts.
