BPL Odds – Manchester United vs. Crystal Palace

Manchester United (-300) vs. Crystal Palace (+1050) (Draw +475)

After losing to Manchester City (1-0) in the Derby, Manchester United will be feeling a sense of urgency as they face Crystal Palace at Old Trafford this Saturday, November 8 (10:00 a.m. Eastern).

The Red Devils have long dominated Palace in the Premier League, winning 21 times in 34 matches, while dropping six and drawing seven. United is favored, as usual, sitting at -300 in the moneyline; Palace is at +1050, and the draw +475.

United is off to their worst start in the Premier League since the “Big Wrong” back in 1986. After ten fixtures under new head coach Louis van Gaal, United is in tenth position in the table with 13 points (3W, 4D, 3L) and a +2 goal difference.

United will be hoping that a game against bottom-dwellers Crystal Palace can rev up the engines. Palace is 17th in the standings with only nine points (2W, 3D, 5L) and -5 in the differential. Palace are also winless in their last four, including an embarrassing 3-1 home loss to 15th-place Sunderland in their last outing.

Looking to turn their season around, Manchester United should come out gunning for goal, as they know anything but a win against Palace is as good as a loss. Take United to win by a two-goal margin.
