Fans return in force
Kelechi Iheanacho’s second-half goal led Leicester to a 1-0 semi-final win against Southampton. The match was used as a pilot event as the UK government allowed 4,000 in-person spectators to test the behaviour of fans as the lockdown restrictions slowly began to ease. Things apparently went well as Wembley Stadium is expected to have 21,000 in attendance when Leicester meets Chelsea on May 15.
In their first FA Cup Final in 52 years, the Foxes are looking to lift the trophy for the first time in the club’s history. We have “the chance to create history,” said Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers, who also has his club in the mix for a spot in the Champions League next season.

Leicester opened as a 0.5 goal underdog in the final, but they defeated the red-hot Blues in the Premier League in January. Also working in their favor is Iheanacho, who since his debut in the FA Cup in January 2016, has scored more goals in the competition (first round onwards) than any other player, netting 14 times in 19 games.
Chelsea looks tough to beat
Chelsea ended Manchester City’s bid for a historic quadruple with a 1-0 FA Cup semi-final victory. While some believe the Blues scored the upset because Man City was rundown from Champions League play, manager Thomas Tuchel has also been credited with outscheming Pep Guardiola’s club.
In addition to beating the best team in Europe, Chelsea scored a 1-1 draw against Real Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final last week and are now favored to advance to their first Champions League final since 2012.
Chelsea have now scored 32 points under Thomas Tuchel in the Premier League this season in 15 games—more than half their total (Lampard 29 in 19).

Since taking over from Frank Lampard, the German bench boss has transformed the Blues. While it would be incredible to see Leicester City win their first-ever FA Cup against Chelsea, one of the “Dirty Dozen” who tried to form the breakaway European Soccer League, Tuchel has his club playing inspired football.
We like Chelsea to cover the 0.5 spread and capture their ninth FA Cup, putting them third all-time behind Arsenal (14) and Manchester United (12).
