Bellator holds its second event of 2022 on February 19 when Neiman Gracie and Logan Storley meet in an important welterweight scrap in the main event on Bellator 274. Neiman Gracie | -150 | -150 | -155 |
Logan Storley | +120 | +120 | +120 |
Gracie vs. Storley prediction and pick
This is an interesting matchup between Gracie jiu-jitsu representative Neiman Gracie and four-time NCAA Division 1 wrestling All-American Logan Storley. According to the official Bellator rankings, Gracie is the No. 4 ranked fighter in the promotion’s welterweight division, while Storley checks in at No. 5.
Gracie has been with Bellator since his third pro fight. He has a career record of 11-2. One of his losses was a 2019 setback to then Bellator champion Rory MacDonald. His other loss came in April 2021 when he fell to Jason Jackson via decision. Gracie bounced back from the loss to Jackson with a TKO win – his first career knockout victory – over Mark Lemminger.
Storley has been with Bellator since 2017. He was on an 11-0 run before he dropped a split decision to Yaroslav Amosov in November 2020. Amosov is the current Bellator 170-pound champion. Storley got back in the win column in his next fight, with a split decision win over Dante Schiro in August 2020.
This is a hard fight to pick because of the jiu-jitsu versus wrestling matchup, but what makes me lean toward Gracie is that his striking is better than Storley’s, and that could force Storley to use his wrestling. If that happens, Storley needs to be perfect on the ground. I don’t think he can accomplish that.
Pick: Gracie via submission

Andrey Koreshkov | -270 | -270 | -275 |
Chance Rencountre | +210 | +210 | +200 |
Koreshkov vs. Rencountre prediction and pick
The co-main event of Bellator 274 was originally set to feature a bout between Andrey Koreshkov and Mukhamed Berkhamov. That fight fell through. Now, the No. 9 ranked Koreshkov faces Chance Rencountre.
Koreshkov (24-4) who has been with Bellator since 2012, lost the Bellator welterweight crown in November 2016 in knockout loss to Douglas Lima. Since that fight, Koreshkov has gone 5-2. He is currently riding a two-fight winning streak. Rencountre is returning to the Bellator fold for the first time since 2017. A 2-2 UFC fighter, Rencountre is 16-4 overall and coming off two 2021 submission wins with Fighting Alliance Championship.
On one hand, Rencountre has nothing to lose in this short notice fight. However, he is outmatched against Koreshkov, who is a better all-around fighter. I think this one goes the distance and that the nod will go to the former champ via decision.
Pick: Koreshkov via decision.
