Beyoncé returns with a bang
Beyoncé is the most-nominated artist in Grammy history after receiving nine nods for Renaissance (+150). However, she has never captured Album of the Year despite being nominated three times previously. Bey’s biggest competition is from Adele, who has won for her last two studio albums. If 30 (+175) takes the prize this year, the English singer-songwriter will become the first artist to claim the category with three straight studio albums since Stevie Wonder.
Harry Styles’ Harry’s House (+300) is also a frontrunner. Styles’ ‘Watermelon Sugar’ won best pop solo performance three years ago, but he’s still looking to breakthrough with his first ‘Big Four’ award. If you’re looking for a longshot, it might be Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti (+1600). As the first Spanish-language album of the year nominee ever, it topped the Billboard 200 for 13 non-consecutive weeks. Longer than any other nominee.
Bad Bunny's (@sanbenito) #UnVeranoSinTi bears a quality rare in offerings from artists of his caliber — it magically maintains a handmade, personal quality that sticks out among the pack. 🎶

Adele vs Swift
While Record of the Year usually goes to popular hits, the Grammy for Song of the Year honors a track’s writing, including lyrics and melodic composition. If she wins with Easy On Me (+150), Adele will become the first three-time victor in the category’s history. Taylor Swift’s All Too Well (+270) is viewed as Adele’s primary competition. But while her sixth nomination in the category equaled Paul McCartney and Lionel Richie for the most all-time, T-Swizzle has still never won for best song.
Lizzo’s About Damn Time (+1200) is a strong longshot given she’s at +500 for the Record of the Year category. Steve Lacy’s Bad Habit could also surprise at +1000.

Adele leads the way
Record of the Year is the top award to honor an artist’s performance, along with the production and mixing behind a song. Adele, a two-time winner in the category, is also the frontrunner here with Easy On Me (+125). Harry Styles’ As It Was (+130) is a serious contender as well, while many believe that Lizzo and Beyoncé will split the vote with their respective hits, About Damn Time (+500) and Break My Soul (+500).
