Team Spirit

Team Spirit are the slight betting favorite to win the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament. The team, which plays out of Russia, had +750 betting odds to win the IEM Katowice 2024 event earlier this year. They managed to win that event in dominant fashion, beating Team Falcons 2-0 in the semifinals, and then topping FaZe Clan 3-0 in the Grand Final. They followed that victory with a 3rd-5th place finish at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR B tournament, and then finished in second place to SAW at the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024, where they were a -200 betting favorite to win the event.

The current roster of Team Spirit has been together since December 2023, and the player to watch on the team, and in this tournament, is donk.

Team Spirit has qualified for the Elimination Round.

Team Vitality

The opening odds for the IEM Katowice 2024 tournament had Team Vitality as a pretty solid favorite to win the event at +150. However, the French team struggled in that event, placing in 13th-16th after failing to get past the quarterfinals of the Group Stage. Team Vitality followed that poor showing by finishing 3rd-5th at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR B event.

Team Vitality won the final two CS2 tournaments of 2023, taking home $500,000 for their victory at the BLAST Premier: World Final 2023 and $200,000 with a win at the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023. They also took first at Gamers8 2023, BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, Intel Extreme Masters 2023.

The roster for Team Vitality has been together since late 2023. They open the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament in the Elimination Round.

FaZe Clan

FaZe Clan were among the betting favorites to win the IEM Katowice 2024 event with betting odds of +300 for that tournament. They performed well in that event, but fell short of picking up a victory when Team Spirit beat them 3-0 in the Grand Final. FaZe Clan followed that performance with a 3rd-5th place finish at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR B event.

FaZe Clan are currently the top-ranked Counter-Strike 2 team in the world. In 2023, they finished as runner-up to Team Vitality in the BLAST Premier: World Final 2023 and BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023. Before those second-place finishes, they won the Thunderpick World Championship and the CS Asia Championships 2023.

The current roster for FaZe Clan has been playing together since late 2023. The team opens the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament in the Elimination Round.

Best bet to win PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024

With how they have been playing, it makes sense to place a bet on Team Spirit to win this tournament. However, since they have been playing so well, they will be the team that every other squad in the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 competition is looking to beat, which means the team’s game will have been analyzed and broken down to the nth degree. Because of that, the betting pick is for FaZe Clan to win the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament.
