After bouncing back from a game one loss, the Oklahoma City Thunder looks to get home court back this Friday as they visit the Los Angeles Clippers at 10:30 PM ET, at the Staples Center in game three of the series.
Game two saw Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook get over 30 points each.Β The Clippers had no answer. “They just beat us in every way,” coach Doc Rivers said.
“We need to be uneasy about Westbrook and Durant,” he added. “That’s who we need to be really uneasy about because they’re putting more pressure on us right now.”
However, the Clippers did enough damage in game one to steal home court.Β OKC needs it back in this game or they will be in serious problems.
“We have to take that and then add to that,” Thunder coach Scott Brooks said. “You can’t be satisfied. The intensity as the series goes along improves and it becomes greater, and we have to make the next jump.”
“You’re talking about two of the quickest triggers in basketball in Reddick and Crawford,” Brooks said. “I thought our guys did a good job of closing that gap.”
The Los Angeles Clippers are 4 point favorites for Fridayβs game three, and the game total is at 213.5 points.
LA Clippers are 3-6 ATS in their last 9 games when playing Oklahoma City, and the total went OVER in 10 of the LA Clippers last 14 games when playing Oklahoma City.
