The Miami Heat were up for the road challenge in Sunday’s Game 2 of the NBA Finals.  With the series now tied at one, it’ll be up to the San Antonio Spurs to steal a game back in Game 3 (Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC).

That will be no easy task, as the Heat are a perfect 8-0 at home in this year’s playoffs.  But if the Spurs want to win the title, the road now goes through Miami.

“They came out great. They played a great game,” admitted Spurs guard Tony Parker.  “Now it’s our turn to go over there and get one. We played pretty well all season long on the road and so we’re going to have two great opportunities to try to come up with a win.”

Heat forward Chris Bosh downplayed the potential advantage home-court provides in the Finals.  “When you get to this level it really doesn’t matter, you’re playing the best home and road team,” said Bosh. “There is a home-court advantage but there is also a neutral kind of feel to it because [the Spurs are] more than capable of winning on our court just like we won on theirs.”

“You never put them away,” Heat guard Dwyane Wade added. “I think they always believe and it’s the same with us. You can’t, you won’t, put us away because we’re always going to believe. That’s why this is a perfect, different animal, kind of series. They’re the other team like us. They don’t lose much and when they do they come back and be better in the next game. So we’ve got to come out and do the same thing.”

For the Spurs to win on Tuesday night, they will need forward Kawhi Leonard on the floor and out of foul trouble to defend LeBron James.  “I’m just trying to stay engaged and don’t worry about how many fouls I have,” Leonard said.

The current Betting spread favors the Heat with a -4.5 line.  The Over/Under sits at 197.5.
