Justin Trudeau and his his wife of 18 years, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, recently announced their separation. Terrible news for their three children, of course, but great news for oddsmakers who love to play celebrity matchmaker.

Next on the board is Magaline Lepine-Blondeau (+800), a Canadian actress who is best known inside the province of Quebec for a series of French-language roles. While the two were rumored to be secretly dating back in 2020, Lepine-Blondeau called it “absolutely wrong.”

Homosexual partners?
Justin Trudeau is on the left side of political spectrum – which too many on the right, makes him a homosexual. That’s why you’ll see names like Emmanuel Macron (+1200), the President of France, openly gay hockey player Luke Prokop (+1400), and a whole lot of male figure skaters – Elvis Stojko (+1200), Patrick Chan (+3300), Scott Moir (+3300) and Johnny Weir (+3300).

Secret Swiftie?
Back in July, Trudeau tweeted at Taylor Swift (+2000), asking the pop superstar to bring her Eras tour to Canada. Using paraphrased lyrics from Swift’s own songs, he posted, “It’s me, hi. I know places in Canada would love to have you. So, don’t make it another cruel summer. We hope to see you soon.”
Just a few weeks later, the 33-year-old singer-songwriter announced six new shows in Toronto. While it’s of course unlikely, a Trudeau-Swift union might be the only thing that could get the Canadian Prime Minister re-elected at this point.
