NBA Odds – 2015-16 Season Preview

Believe it or not, we’re just weeks from the NBA’s opening night.

Golden State returns all key components from its championship team and is certain to be a dynamic force out west. The Warriors will have plenty of company atop the loaded Western Conference, though, which will make for a treacherous path back to the Finals.

The other top contenders in the conference will face unanswered questions in their quest to dethrone the Warriors. Do the Spurs have one more run in their aging legs? Will Billy Donovan adjust to the professional game and will he have a healthy Thunder roster to work with? Can the Clippers take the next step and join the league’s elite?

“Yes,” is the most likely answer to all the above, which will make for a fiercely competitive conference.

On the other hand, the East is Cleveland and everybody else. The Cavs are the conference’s lone representative amongst the top six NBA Title favorites. If the team stays remotely healthy, Cleveland should be playing for a ring next June. LeBron and company have been close, but the city still has not enjoyed a professional sports championship since the Browns won the NFL title in 1964. The Cavs are the overall favorite because of an apparently unobstructed path through the East. Their most difficult challenge may come from the West in the NBA Finals.

Of course, you didn’t just come here for NBA Title odds. From Rookie of the Year to MVP to the first coach fired, we’ve got a whole host of odds and props for the upcoming season! Scroll on, friends; scroll on!
