The UFC is back in Las Vegas this weekend after a successful trip to St. Louis. In the main event of UFC Vegas 92, UFC veteran Edson Barboza faces Lerone Murphy in a featherweight scrap. Before that matchup, in the co-main event, Khaos Williams faces Carlston Harris at welterweight. Khaos Williams (14-3) has been with the UFC since February 2020. He has a 5-2 record with the promotion and is coming off a May 2023 split decision win over Rolando Bedoya.
Carlston Harris (19-5) joined the UFC in May 2021 and is 4-1 with the promotion. Harris last fought in August when he earned a technical submission win over Jeremiah Wells. Harris earned the second “Performance of the Night” bonus of his UFC career in that scrap.

Khaos Williams betting breakdown
Fighting out of Detroit, Khaos Williams is a pressure fighter. He has earned seven of his wins by knockout, one by way of submission, and he has six decision wins in his career. His past two UFC bouts have both ended in split decision calls, with Williams winning one of those contests.
Williams is confident in his power, but he can sometimes be sloppy with his striking attempts because of that confidence, which can open him up to crisp counters. Even though he has a high-output style, Williams can sustain that effort. In fact, his significant strike attempts increased round over round in his two most recent outings. Carlston Harris, who hails from Guyana and fights out of Brazil, is on a two-fight winning streak heading into UFC Vegas 92. Harris has eight career decision nods, six submission victories, and five wins by knockout.
Like Williams, Harris can sometimes get reckless with his strikes, throwing looping overhands that can easily be countered. When he’s not throwing wild overhands and hooks, Harris often reaches in with his punches. Harris can also fight with a low guard, which he’ll need to watch against Williams, who has speed to go with his power. Another thing that Harris does is that he tends to put himself off balance when he throws with power. Again that is something his opponent on Saturday can use against Harris.
Harris is a good grappler, who can find openings for submissions, but he doesn’t always use takedowns to get the fight to the mat.

With that in mind, look for him to add some jabs to his striking arsenal and to have better cardio heading into Saturday’s UFC event.
