Humphries and Littler favored
Luke Littler (+240) hasn’t slowed down since bursting onto the scene with a World Championship finals appearance back in January. Through 13 weeks, the 17-year-old is first place in the Premier League Darts standings with 31 points. With only three weeks remaining in the season, he could secure his place in the playoffs with a quality showing in Aberdeen.
Luke Humphries (+250) reeled off three consecutive weekly wins from night 6 to night 8, but he hasn’t advanced out of the semifinals since. The reigning world champion has also failed to advance past the quarterfinals in three of the past five events.

Night 14 contenders
Michael van Gerwen (+350) already has four nightly victories this season, topping both Littler and Humphries. While three of the Dutchman’s four triumphs came early in the season, he captured the week 11 win and reached the semifinals in Liverpool last week.
Nathan Aspinall (+900) sits third in the standings with 25 points, one ahead of van Gerwen. Remarkably consistent all year, he has two weekly wins (5, 12) this season with three runner-up finishes.

Quarterfinal matchups
Michael Smith (-290) vs Peter Wright (+230). Smith is four points back of van Gerwen for the final playoff spot. While “Bully Boy” hasn’t claimed victory since the opening week of the season, his opponent has bowed out of the quarterfinals in 11 of 13 nights.
Luke Littler (-250) vs Nathan Aspinall (+210). Littler has defeated Aspinall in four of five opportunities this season, including a 6-5 win in the semifinals on Night 13. The teenager also downed his opponent 6-4 in the Night 9 finals and Night 10 semifinals.
World Champion Luke Humphries is supporting Liverpool-based charity ‘Chasing the Stigma’ ahead of this week’s Premier League action in the city! 👏

More QF matches
Michael van Gerwyn (-175) vs Rob Cross (+155). Cross is coming off a 6-2 win over the Dutchman in the Night 13 semifinals. He’s also won two of three Premier League matches with van Gerwyn this year. However, prior to last week’s finals loss, Cross hadn’t advanced past the quarterfinals in six straight events.
Luke Humphries (-165) vs Gerwyn Price (+145). Price sits in second-last in the standings, above only Peter Wright. With a tough draw on tap with Humphries, the Welshman seems destined to bow out in the quarterfinals for the ninth time in 14 tries this season.
