- Aaron Rodgers’ Jets are 4.5-point favorites over the Giants in week three of the NFL Preseason
- The Baltimore Ravens aim to start a new preseason win streak against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Saturday’s game kicks off from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ at 6:00pm ET
After an illustrious and often rocky 18-year run in another team’s green jersey, Aaron Rodgers will make his New York Jets debut against the cross-town rival Giants this week. Is Robert Saleh playing with fire by starting his 39-year-old quarterback in a meaningless exhibition game? Of course he is.
Before we check the odds on this matchup and the rest of Saturday’s preseason action, here’s where you can find the best Super Bowl betting tips and the top betting sites for NFL football in 2023.

Rodgers debuts in New York
The Jets are 4.5-point favorites on Saturday night as Aaron Rodgers suits up in his first preseason game since 2018. Robert Saleh is looking to get his veteran QB some reps before New York’s home opener against the Bills on Monday Night Football, but the state of Gang Green’s offensive line makes it a risky proposition.
After Daniel Jones completed eight-of-nine passes for 69 yards and a score in his tune up against the Panthers last week, the G-Men may choose to put their newly-signed $160-million man on ice for this one. Brian Daboll’s 1-4 career mark against the spread in the preseason is another reason to pick the Jets -4.5.

Buccaneers vs Ravens
Tampa Bay is a 1.5-point home chalk versus Baltimore this week. It’s strange to see the Ravens as underdogs given their 24-game preseason win streak just ended with a 29-28 loss to the Commanders. Lamar Jackson skipped that Monday night contest and there’s no word yet if he’ll suit up on Saturday. While Todd Bowles did confirm that Baker Mayfield will start, can that really be looked at as an advantage? Take the Ravens money line at +107.
Bears vs Bills
The Chicago vs Buffalo game is listed as a pick’em with the statuses of Justin Fields and Josh Allen still unknown. A dinged up Bears offensive line may make Matt Eberflus hesitant to start his dual-threat star. Meanwhile, an uneven performance by the offense in last Saturday’s 27-15 loss to Pittsburgh may convince the Bills to play their franchise QB for a second-consecutive week.
Sean McDermott is 13-6-1 ATS all-time in the preseason and he’ll want to see a better effort from his boys. Buffalo is the pick.

Broncos vs Rams
Denver is 6-point home chalk over a Rams squad that has lost each of their preseason games, to the Chargers and Raiders, by 17 points. Of course, the Broncos have also dropped both of their exhibition tilts, to the Cards and Niners, by a combined two points.
Prior to this year, Sean McVay was 9-9 ATS career in exhibition contests, while Sean Payton was 27-27-1. It’s still murky whether Matthew Stafford will lace ’em up, but Russell Wilson should be out there for a third-straight week as Payton continues to put his stamp on the team. Denver covers the six points in the Mile High City.
