- The Ravens are 3.5-point home favorites over Philadelphia in week 1 of the NFL preseason
- A win over the Eagles would give Baltimore its 24th consecutive preseason victory
- Saturday’s NFL preseason game kicks off from M&T Bank Stadium at 7:00pm ET
Why are the Ravens 3.5-point favorites over a dominant Eagles team coming off a trip to the Super Bowl? It may have something to do with the fact that Baltimore is riding a 23-0 undefeated streak in the NFL preseason.
Will John Harbaugh’s club keep this remarkable feat in tact versus Philadelphia? Before we check the odds of all of Saturday’s preseason contests, here’s where you can find the best Super Bowl betting tips and the top betting sites for NFL football in 2022.

Baltimore vs Philadelphia
Baltimore is a 3.5-point home favorite over the Eagles on Saturday and it’s impossible to bet against them. The Ravens have not lost a preseason game since 2015. Not only is their win streak up to 23, they are also 20-3 against the spread since that time. John Harbaugh cares about these games. A lot.
Philadelphia tied Kansas City with a NFL-best 14-3 record last season before losing to the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. However, Nick Siriani is just 1-4-1 in two preseasons in the City of Brotherly Love.

Best Bet
Neither Jalen Hurts or Lamar Jackson are likely to suit up in this one. Which is a damn shame because it would be nice to see what both club’s new offensive coordinators, Todd Monken and Brian Johnson, have in store for the coming season.
The only thing we can truly count on this Saturday is that the Ravens will go to bizarre lengths to secure a victory in an otherwise meaningless game. John Harbaugh is 43-12 all-time in the preseason with a 38-16-1 against the spread. Bank on Baltimore -3.5.

Anthony Richardson’s debut
Indianapolis is a 2.5-point road favorite in Buffalo with oddsmakers expecting No. 4 overall pick Anthony Richardson to see heavy action in the preseason. While Josh Allen won’t see the field, the Bills have a 13-10 preseason record under head coach Sean McDermott. We’ll take Buffalo +2.5.

How bout them Cowboys?
Dallas is a 1.5-point home underdog to Jacksonville on Saturday. With neither Dak Prescott nor Trevor Lawrence expected to play, this one is impossible to handicap. Doug Pederson went 0-4 in the preseason in 2022 before leading the Jaguars to a NFC South title and an appearance in the AFC Divisional Round. Meanwhile, the Cowboys went 2-1 in last year’s preseason, but Mike McCarthy was 0-4 with Dallas back in 2021.
Shrug emoji. Take your best guess.
Battle of Los Angeles
Both L.A.-based squads have identical 1-5 records over the past two preseasons. But there’s always a chance that Sean McVay and Brandon Staley want to recreate their famous training camp battles from their time coaching the Rams together.
McVay normally doesn’t give a shit at this time of year, but he has the far younger team. With many players fighting to make the roster, we like the Rams +1.5.
