Second in the betting is the newly ranked No.1 college, the Houston Cougars, at +700. The Cougars have displaced long-time second-favorites, the Purdue Boilermakers, who are now out to +800. The Boilermakers can console themselves in the knowledge that they are now up to No.2 in the latest rankings.
Behind the leading three in the betting are North Carolina, Arizona, and Tennessee, all at +1400.
