After the Vuelta, Evenepoel achieved an impressive third place at the World’s Individual Time Trial and won the World’s Roda race. He has established himself as one of the top-time trialists among the GC contenders.
His climbing abilities are among the best in the peloton and with support from his team, Evenepoel is in a strong position to win this Grand Tour.
He’s priced at -140 to win the race and it feels a bit rich in my opinion, Evenepoel is talented, but this price indicates around a 60% chance he wins outright.
I would not recommend betting on Evenepoel to win the Giro d’Italia.

Primoz Roglic
At the 2023 Giro, Primoz Roglic has the strongest team support for his first attempt at winning the race.
Jumbo-Visma has assembled a formidable group of riders to aid the 22-year-old Sovenian in his quest for the maglia rosa, including Sepp Kuss, Robert Gesink, and Jan Tratnik.

Geraint Thomas
Despite his impressive Grand Tour resume, Geraint Thomas is not among the top contenders for the Giro d’Italia. There are better options to consider when placing bets for this race.
