A great SEC game will have the 4-1 LSU Tigers trying to end the undefeated season of the Auburn Tigers, thins Saturday at 7 PM ET at the Jordan-Hare Stadium, for the College Football week 6.
LSU is 4-1 but is not getting the credit they deserve; most people think they could be one of the worst teams in the SEC.Β The Tiger’s only loss came against Mississippi State two weeks ago.
“We will practice very much like we practiced this week,” head coach Miles said. “We will pipe in some noise and get a game plan ready for those guys (Auburn). It is going to be a lot of fun to prepare for a quality opponent at their house.”
The key of the schedule for Auburn is not losing this game, or it will be hard to be considered as one of the four playoffs teams.Β Last season LSU was the only team that was able to beat Auburn in the regular season.
“It was wet and rainy. It started off slow but we came back the second half and made some adjustments and got back on track, but it was a little bit too late,” Auburn running back Corey Grant said. “Last year, that game really turned our heads though. It made us realize what we were capable of.
“We’re going to really be focused on that game. With it being LSU and an SEC game, everybody is going to be fighting for that win.”
LSU has won three straight and six of seven in the series. The College Football betting odds have Auburn as seven point favorites for this one.
