With the news that Alfallah is already eight months pregnant, oddsmakers released betting props on possible names for the 83-year-old’s fourth kid. You can even wager on who will be the next senior citizen celeb to jump back into fatherhood.

Pacino’s parents’ names are the favorites
Al Pacino already has three adult children named Julie Marie (age 33), Olivia Rose (22), and Anton James (22) from two previous relationships. The Oscar-winning actor’s deceased parents’ names were Rose (+700) and Salvatore (+700). However, since Rose is already the middle name of his 22-year-old daughter, it seems like a bad bet.
With time winding down on the Italian-American screen legend, perhaps he’ll want to name his new child after himself if it’s a boy. Scarface-themed gender reveal party, anyone? That would make Alfredo a smart wager at +800.

Godfather related names
The Godfather Part I and II are widely regarded as two of the greatest films of all time. Francis (+800) Ford Coppola famously fought the studio to make sure the then-unknown Pacino got the role of Michael (+1200) Corleone. There’s also Sonny (+800), Michael’s hot-head brother, portrayed by James Caan.
Marlon Brando’s Godfather character, Vito (+3000), and Kay (+5000), Michael’s wife played by Diane Keaton, are also on the board. Sadly, “Fredo” is not listed.

Hugh Grant and Richard Gere top the list
Al Pacino’s Heat co-star and close friend Robert DeNiro also recently announced he was having a seventh child. So, which aging male actor will be next? Hugh Grant and Richard Gere top the list at +300. Despite being incredibly charming in movies, the 62-year-old Grant is a bad bet as he’s still in a relationship with 40-year-old Anna Eberstein. The couple have three children together, but the last one was birthed in 2018.
The 73-year-old Gere has two kids with his current wife Alejandra, who is also 40. Their youngest was born in 2020, so another one might not be totally out of the question.

Eddie Murphy (+450) has already sired ten kids, so he’s never a bad bet. His youngest child with his current partner, 43-year-old Aussie model Paige Butcher, is three years old.
