18 Super Bowl Prop Bets For Colin Kaepernick

The 49ers were the first ones to land in New Orleans for Super Bowl 47, they are the home team this year, and their coach Jim Harbaugh thinks Colin Kaepernick is ready to lead his team to victory, and he’s more than just a system quarterback.

“First of all, I wouldn’t categorize Colin as a read-option quarterback,” Harbaugh said at his press conference Sunday. “We’d love for our opponent to consider [all the possibilities]. Colin is extremely talented at the read-option, he’s extremely talented throwing the football as well. There are a lot of options we could go.”

“I think people have put too much focus on me. I don’t think they realize the other weapons we have on this team,” Kaepernick added to his coach statement on Sunday. “I don’t think they realize the great offensive line that we have. There are a lot of other parts on this team that do great things to make it easy for me to go out there.”

Kaepernick has won just seven games in the NFL and is the quarterback with fewer games to reach the Super Bowl; his only two losses came against the Seahawks and the Rams.
