Monday Night Football features two teams that need a win in week 14 as the Dallas Cowboys visit the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field, at 8:30 PM ET.
The Cowboys are 7-5 tied with the Eagles in the first place of the NFC East top position that’s why they can afford to lose this one.
“I don’t know how you can get any better practice with a lot on the line than to have a game like that,” owner Jerry Jones said. “I think that’s something our team can build on that’s what you hope to have happened with three or four positive endings to maybe get ready to have a big year.”
The Bears, on the other hand, are 6-6 with two losses in a row, but the one last week was as brutal as it gets with a terrible coaching decision.
“I didn’t do it from an analytics standpoint. I did it from having been around Robbie the entire year and knowing how he kicks the ball,” Bears coach Marc Trestman said after deciding to kick a winning field on a second down that wasn’t good.
The Cowboys have lost two in a row against the Bears, and QB Tony Romo has thrown 4 TDs and 8 INTs when he has played against the Bears.
The NFL Betting odds for this Monday Night football matchup have the Cowboys as 1 point favorites despite playing away from home in primetime in December.
Chicago is 0-5 ATS in its last 5 games at home, but Dallas is 2-5 SU in its last 7 games on the road.
