NFL Week 7 Picks and Predictions for all of Sunday’s Games

  • BetOnline has NFL Week 7 lines, spreads and over/unders for every game on the Sunday slate
  • Lamar Jackson is 5-0 against the Bengals all-time, beating them by an average score of 32-11
  • The Chiefs travel to Tennessee, who is just 2-12 against the spread over their last 14 games played following a Monday nighter

There have already been 10 overtime games through the first six weeks of the football season (the second-most in NFL history), but the league’s streak of six consecutive weeks with an OT period may be in jeopardy if the enormous Week 7 point spreads are any indication.

The undefeated Cardinals are a 17.5-point chalk over the Texans, Matthew Stafford and the Rams are favored by 15 over his former team in Detroit, and the Bears are 12.5-point underdogs to Tom Brady and the Buccaneers.

Before we look at all the Week 7 money lines, totals and point spreads, and make picks on some of the more competitive contests, here’s where you can find tips and advice on betting on NFL football games, as well as NFL MVP futures.

Ravens (-6.0) over Bengals

The Steelers have a storied history of success, and the Browns came into the season with Super Bowl-sized expectations, but it’s Cincinnati who has emerged as Baltimore’s primary AFC North rival. While Joe Burrow and NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite Ja’Marr Chase have reignited their electric LSU connection, it’s the Bengals defense that deserves most of the credit for the team’s 4-2 start.

After six weeks, a Cincy defense that finished last, 29th and 26th the past three seasons is now ranked eighth. But the question is whether they can stop Lamar Jackson, who is 5-0 against the Bengals all-time, beating them by an average of 32-11. With a severe coaching edge on both sides of the ball, Baltimore will cover the six points.

Raiders (-3.0) over Eagles

After handily defeating the Broncos in the first game of the post-Gruden era, Las Vegas could be in for a letdown against an Eagles team on nine days rest. Then again, emotions should still be high in the players’ first game in front of their home crowd since the scandal broke. Take the home team with the better quarterback. We like Derek Carr and the Raiders.

Chiefs (-5.5) over Titans

Speaking of emotional letdowns, it will be difficult for Mike Vrabel’s club to match the intensity and energy they showed in Monday’s night’s 34-21 upset over Buffalo. The Titans defeated the Chiefs 35-32 in November 2019 and played them tough in the AFC Conference Championship later that season (losing 35-24), but Tennessee is just 2-12 against the spread over their last 14 games played following a Monday nighter.

While Kansas City’s troubles covering the spread have been well-documented, Patrick Mahomes and company took care of business on the road in Philadelphia and Washington over the past three weeks. Bet KC to cover.

Colts (+3.5) over 49ers

San Francisco returns from their Week 6 bye week with the same muddied quarterback room. With Trey Lance banged up, it looks like Jimmy Garoppolo will be back behind center on Sunday Night Football. The 49ers are riding a three-game winless streak and while those losses came against quality opponents in Green Bay, Seattle and Arizona, they might not find the going any easier against a hungry 2-4 Colts team that is just now finding its stride.

If Frank Reich smartens up and starts feeding Jonathan Taylor — who is only averaging 14.5 rushes a game despite putting up 327 total yards and four touchdowns over the past two weeks — Indianapolis will win this one outright.
