Instead, young quarterback Jalon Daniels put together a brilliant showing to help Tampa Bay pull off the shocker. CeeDee Lamb was injured, which clearly held the offense back as a whole. Dallas will now hope to get back on track next week.
• Staying in the NFC East, the Philadelphia Eagles suffered another disappointing defeat, losing 19-17 to Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. Jacksonville kicker Cam Little converted a 57-yard field goal as time expired to seal the victory. Philadelphia dropped to 2-3, raising further concerns about the team’s offensive struggles and its ability to compete for the NFC East title.
• In what turned out to be an absolute thriller, everyone enjoyed Monday Night Football between the Rams and Bills. This one needed to go to overtime, which reminded everyone that this very much looked like a preview of the Super Bowl. In the end, both LA and Buffalo did everything possible to record a win, but it was the Bills who ended up landing the knockout punch in overtime to record the unbelievable victory. Buffalo now holds +700 odds to win the Super Bowl, which is No. 1 for all teams.

Due to Lamar Jackson dealing with an ankle injury, it has led to some movement for the NFL MVP betting odds this week. Allen has never reached the Super Bowl, but this is something he’s hoping to change this February. With him also in the MVP hunt, now is the time for Buffalo fans to start dreaming big. Meanwhile for the Rams, the loss to the Bills will have people talking for weeks. The Rams still hold strong odds to win the Lombardi Trophy, currently set at +750. Matthew Stafford and Davante Adams were great, while the return of Puka Nacua has elevated this offense in a big way. The loss to the Bills doesn’t change much for them.
