Premier League Darts continues this week, with Night Ten coming from Birmingham. Jonny Clayton was the shock winner on Night Nine, but Gerwyn Price is the man in form on the darts circuit. Will Price win again and confirm his current superiority? Or will there be another shock winner like Jonny Clayton? Let’s take a closer look with our Night Ten Premier League Darts betting picks.

Betting to win Premier League Darts Night Ten
In the betting to win Night Ten, it’s still Mighty Michael van Gerwen who is leading the way. MVG is just +175 with the best darts betting sites. Gerwyn Price is next at +275, which is the shortest he has been to win a Premier League Darts night all season.
This is down to Price’s great recent form that has seen him win two of the last three Premier League Darts nights, and also back-to-back European Tour events. His latest win was an 8-4 victory over MVG in last Sunday’s tour event final in Germany.
Following on from Price in the betting, is World No.1 Michael Smith who is +400. Smith reached last week’s Premier League Darts final, where he lost 6-4 to Jonny Clayton.
The final was an odd match with Smith averaging 97.74, and Clayton just 91.79. The way the match panned out just about sums up Smith’s form of late. And this was further compounded on the weekend European Tour, where Smith was demolished 6-1 by Mike De Decker in the Round of 32.
The top three players are way out on their own in the betting to win the night. And this is because between them, MVG, Price, and Smith, have won seven of the nine nights so far in this year’s Premier League.

Night Ten Picks
Despite the dominance of MVG and Gerwyn Price, picking players to win the night isn’t as easy as it sounds. And then there is the added complication of finding a good value winning bet.
MVG has been favorite every week in the 2023 Premier League. And his odds to win the individual nights are getting shorter – this despite the recent form of Gerwyn Price. This all adds up to a bit of an anomaly when it comes to making sports betting picks for Premier League Darts at the moment.
Gerwyn Price to win Night Ten
But despite that, it’s with Gerwyn Price that we start this week. He’s simply in too good form to ignore at the moment. The Iceman isn’t scraping victories either, he is walking them.
In his 8-4 demolition of MVG on Sunday, Price averaged over 105. An average of just over 100 is good in darts, and Price was five points better than that. We simply have no option than to pick Price to win again this week for our opening pick.
Outside Picks
As Jonny Clayton showed last week, on a given day, any player is good enough to win a Premier League Darts night.

Clayton didn’t have it easy either. He had to beat MVG, Gerwyn Price, and Michael Smith, to win his first night of the 2023 season. As well as Clayton winning Night Nine, Chris Dobey also won Night One. And although MVG and Price have dominated on the whole, the wins for Dobey and Clayton show that the Premier League isn’t a closed shop.
Last Thursday, Nathan Aspinall went out to Michael Smith at the semi-final stage. Aspinall averaged 98.91 in the 6-4 defeat. And it’s fair to say that he ran the current World Champion very close.
This week Aspinall finds himself in the same half of the draw as MVG, and should both men make it through their respective opening rounds, they would meet in the semi-final. But despite that, at odds of +1200, we’re making Aspinall our outside bet to win the night.
Price to beat Van den Bergh on the handicap line
Finally, in the quarter-final line ups, we’ve spotted a bet we like the look of in the match between Dimitri Van den Bergh and Gerwyn Price.
On the moneyline, Price is -240, with Van den Bergh at +200. But on the handicap line, Gerwyn Price is +125 to win starting from -2.5 legs. That means Price needs to win at least 6-3 for the bet to win. But such is the form of Price at the moment, we think at odds against, this isn’t a bad value bet. And we’re making it our final darts pick for Night Ten of the Premier League.
