The third and final major of the 2023 Rocket League Championship Series, the Spring Major, is set to take place between July 6 and July 9. 2023, at Agganis Arena in Boston, MA. The event features the best 16 of the best Rocket League teams from around the world. The event presents the teams involved with a final chance to qualify for the Rocket League World Championship and, of course, the title of 2023 RLCS Spring Major Champions.
Gen G won the Fall 2022-2023 RLCS Major. The 2023 Winter Major winner was Karmine Corp. The winning teams in those events took home $100,000 in prize money and qualified for the RLCS 2022-23 World Championship, which takes place between August 3 and August 13, 2023 at PSD Bank Dome in Dusseldorf, Germany. The total prize pool for the upcoming World Championship is $2.1 million USD. The prize pool for the 2022-23 Spring Major is $310,000. As with the previous RLCS Majors, the winning team gets $100,000, while the runner-up pockets $60,000.

Team Vitality
Team Vitality enters the RLCS Spring Major with momentum. After not competing in the Fall Major, the team finished in 5th-8th place in the Winter major. More recently, the French squad cleaned up in European competition, winning the Spring EU Regional Spring Open, Spring Cup, and Spring Invitational. In the Spring Invitational, Vitality defeated Team BDS 4-1 in the Grand Final.
According to the 2022-23 Rocket League rankings, Vitality are currently the No. 3 team in Europe, where they trail Karmine Corp and Team Liquid.
Vitality opens the 2023 RLCS Spring Major against Elevate, who are the No. 1 team in the Asia-Pacific division.
Karmine Corp
Hailing from France, Karmine Corp wrapped up 2022 with a 5th-8th place finish at the Rocket League World Championship. The club then opened 2023 with a 5th-8th place finish at the Fall Major. The squad rebounded from that performance with a win in the Winter Major, topping FaZe Clan 4-2 in the Grand Final. Karmine Corp is currently the No. 1 ranked Rocket League team in Europe. Karmie Corp will field the same team in the Spring Major as it did in the Fall and Winter events.
It’s hard to tell if Karmine Corp eased off in recent competition after securing a place in the 2023 RLCS World Championships, but the team finished in fourth in the Spring Open and Spring Invitational and in the runner-up spot in the Spring Cup.

The North American club followed that with a 5th-8th place finish at the RLCS Winter Split. Gen G enters the Spring Major with the same team it had for the Fall and Winter events. They are currently the No. 1 ranked team in North America.
