Tom Barrack opens as the favorite
Thomas Barrack (+250) is the former chairman of Donald Trump’s scandal-plagued inaugural committee. Once described by Fortune magazine as ‘the world’s greatest real estate investor,'” Barrack was indicted in July 2021 on charges of engaging in an undisclosed foreign influence campaign for the United Arab Emirates.
The 75-year-old billionaire could serve up to a decade in prison if convicted, so it’s certainly possible he sold out Trump for a reduced sentence.
Trump associates facing criminal charges now include his former campaign chair, former deputy campaign chair, inaugural chair, former chief strategist, former national security adviser, former personal lawyer and his company’s chief financial officer.https://t.co/JFpE4OgNNT

Is Mark Meadows the mole?
Mark Meadows (+325) is Trump’s former White House Chief of Staff. According to a story in the New York Times, Meadows and Trump ignored the task of passing sensitive documents to the National Archives because they were consumed by “settling political grievances and personal grudges.”
Last week, former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner predicted that Meadows will “rat” the former president “out” to Justice Department investigators as part of the probe into the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.
Was it Donald’s son in law?
Mary Trump, a psychologist and Donald Trump’s niece, speculated that Jared Kushner (+400) was the confidential source that tipped off the FBI to the confidential documents being held at Mar-a-Lago. The husband of Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka secured a $2 billion investment from Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund six months after his father-in-law left office.
“It’s definitely a member of [Trump’s] inner circle,” said Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen. “I would not be surprised to find out it is Jared or one of his children.”
